I agree with you. It seems stores never run sales on the healthier foods; if you look in the fliers it's always the processed foods they're pushing. We grow as much as we can in our garden, and freeze it for winter, and also buy a side of beef from a farmer we trust that feeds his cattle grass rather than grain.
