What's on your peanut butter sandwich?

With my dad in the hospital for knee replacement surgery, my mom is sick of the hospital's cafeteria food, so she brings her lunch from home. Yesterday she whipped out one of her favorites, peanut butter and banana on toasted bread. This combination has always made me chuckle, and then my brother chimed in that his mother-in-law's favorite topping for peanut butter is horseradish and mayonnaise.

I'm a straight peanut butter and red raspberry "Simply Fruit" kind of girl, and when I really want to jazz it up I put a layer of butter (real butter, not margarine) on the bread first. To me the addition of bananas and horseradish are a couple of crazy concoctions. So as I sat there watching my dad sleep, it got me to thinking....what other peanut butter combos are out there?
